Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, contact us at anagramaknots@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, stating your order number and your intention to return.
Exceptions — Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces
The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. This includes all commission and made-to-order pieces.
By placing a commission order, you acknowledge and accept this exception.
How to Return
- Email us at anagramaknots@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will confirm the return and provide the shipping address
- Send the item back unused, in its original packaging, within 14 days of our confirmation
Condition of Returned Items
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
We will refund the full item price. Original shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error or a faulty item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph. We will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
