Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — Anagrama ships to over 30 countries. If you are unsure whether we ship to your country, send us a message.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your piece every step of the way.
How is each piece packed?
Every order is wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a branded box, and protected with natural padding. No plastic. Your piece arrives as a gift.
What if my order arrives damaged?
This has never happened — but if it does, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If the order has not shipped yet, yes. Email us as soon as possible at hello@anagramaknots.com.
Are customs duties included?
Orders within the EU are duties-free. For orders outside the EU, customs duties may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer.
